We believe staging should be stress-free, so we offer clear, flexible payment options to fit your needs. With multiple ways to pay, easy extensions, and a fair cancellation policy, you can focus on selling your home with confidence.

 

Booking & Payment Process

• Booking Deposit – A 30% deposit is required to secure your staging date.

• Balance Payment – The remaining balance is due within 3 days of staging installation.

• Monthly Extensions – If you need more time, payment for each additional 30-day rental period is due within 3 days of the new rental month. We require providing at least 10 business days' notice if you plan to extend, ensuring availability and a smooth transition.

• Late Payments – A 3% late fee applies to any balance unpaid beyond 30 days.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal – Fast, secure online payments.

• Checks – Must clear before installation.

 

Additional Considerations

• Early Staging Removal – If staging is removed early, the full balance of the agreed rental term remains due.

• Cancellation Policy –

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before installation receive a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of installation are non-refundable.

  • Rush Staging or Removal – Need staging or removal within 48 hours? A $500 rush fee applies for expedited service. Availability is limited, so contact us as soon as possible to secure your spot.

• Most often, the home seller pays—staging is an investment that helps homes sell faster and for more.

• Sometimes, real estate agents cover the cost as part of their marketing package.

• In select cases, we offer payment at closing so you can stage now and pay when your home sells.
